When will you arrive on the day?

We always arrive at least one hour before the start of the ceremony.

What happens if one of your cameras breaks down?

We always carry additional cameras with us.

How will you be dressed?

A

We always wear appropriate clothing and try our best to blend in.

How long will my video be?

A

All videos are tailor-made to the couple and so we cannot give an accurate time, However most videos run between 45 and 75 minutes.

What about sound quality?

A

We use the latest bluetooth and zoom microphones to pick up the best sound possible.

What about lighting?

A

The cameras we use are the latest high definition cameras and as such are able to operate in minimum lighting conditions without the use of additional equipment.

Can we choose the music we want in our video?

A

Yes - however, you have to have the appropriate copyright licence for any music added. A licence can easily be obtained from the ECL (European Copyright Licence) at www.videolicence.co.uk. We will arrange this for no additional fee- just the cost of the licence.

How long after the wedding before I get my video?

A

3-4 weeks depending on the package chosen. It might take longer during our busy periods.

Will we be the first to view our wedding DVD

A

Yes, it's our policy to only send out additional orders after you have received and viewed your copies.

How much is the videography booking deposit?

A

£100.00.

What if I should have to cancel?

A

We regret that your booking deposit is non-refundable.
